"What you see is what you get" WYSIWYG website editors save time in making website.

Dreamweaver, Frontpage, and Expressions are all popular "What you see is what you get" WYSIWYG website editors which you can use to quickly make a website by raging and dropping pictures, and text into the website builder program.

By using a WYSIWYG website editor you can save a lot of time since you do not have to know HTML tags and CSS to make and edit a website. There are also a lot of books on using Dreamweaver.
If you do not have money for Dreamweaver, you can use a free website editor like Nvu or Kompozer which work similar to Dreamweaver and Frontpage, but has less books, and support then paid products.

Most newer WYSIWYG editors also have a source code mode which allows you to manually edit your HTML file similar to Notepad and text editors.

You can also buy or download pre-maid templates from the internet, and edit the files visually in Dreamweaver, Frontpage, etc. This can save a lot of time since you no longer have to look in the source code, and find the tags which you need to edit.

I downloaded a free template to edit in Kompozer to revamp my Windows Computer Help website as a pure static html website instead of using a CMS software like Joomla, Drupal, or Wordpress for making my website.

I notice my websites which are static HTML websites load a lot faster then my CMS websites running Joomla, WordPress, Drupal, and phpBB on the same web hosting service I am using.
